What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire. We'd love to see you dressed up, but most importantly, be comfortable! Think cocktail dresses, suits, or dressy separates. November in SF can be cool, so bring a light jacket.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a night out!
Is there parking at the venues?
There is a parking garage near City Hall (Civic Center Garage) and street parking near Penny Roma. However, we recommend rideshare or public transit to avoid the hassle of SF parking.
Will we have a hotel room block?
No, we will not have a hotel room block. Please refer to the Travel & Accommodations page for suggested hotels. Alternatively, you may consider Airbnb or Vrbo.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 20-25 minutes early to allow time to get through the airport-style security at City Hall. The ceremony will start promptly at 11 AM.
Will the ceremony and dinner be indoors or outdoors?
Both events will be indoors, so no need to worry about the weather, though SF's microclimates can be unpredictable, so layers are always a good idea!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones and cameras tucked away so everyone can be fully present. We'll have a photographer capturing everything and will share photos with you after!
What should I expect from the weather in November?
San Francisco in November averages 50–60°F (10–15°C). It can be sunny or foggy, sometimes both in the same day! Layers and a light jacket are a good idea, especially for getting between venues in the evening.
